Job Description
We’re looking for someone to join our Implementation Team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate comes from a computer science or IT background, has hands-on experience in the tech field, and is open to learning and growing in a new domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Undergo strong, hands-on training in ISMS implementation, ISO 27001 standards, and cybersecurity basics.
- After training, assist in implementing and maintaining the organization’s Information Security Management System (ISMS).
- Support the creation and updating of security policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Help conduct risk assessments and internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
- Collaborate with different teams to build awareness and good security practices.

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Consultant – CMMI to lead and deliver end-to-end CMMI framework implementation projects for multiple client organizations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in process improvement, quality frameworks, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute full-cycle CMMI implementation projects across diverse client portfolios.
- Manage 3–4 concurrent projects while ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Conduct gap analyses and maturity assessments to identify areas of improvement.
- Develop, customise, and document processes in line with CMMI Services and CMMI Development model requirements.
- Deliver training sessions, workshops, and coaching to help client teams adopt CMMI practices effectively.
- Facilitate internal audits, pre-appraisal activities, and readiness reviews.
- Guide clients through official appraisals and certifications.
- Stay updated with the latest CMMI models, appraisal methods, and industry best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified CMMI Lead Appraiser or CMMI Consultant (preferred).
- Strong understanding of process improvement frameworks and quality systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills.
